The Banquet Room
The Bella Union Banquet Room will accommodate from 20-40 guests in a private, well-lit, comfortable setting. The Banquet Room is available for receptions, birthday parties, baby or wedding showers, Christmas parties, and business meetings. Choose form our many tasty food options, including appetizer trays for reception style events, hearty dinners, and delicious desserts – all featuring Bella Union quality at reasonable prices.
Special Dietary Needs
We are happy to discuss with you, and attempt to accommodate, any special dietary needs. Items designated with an asterisk(*) are gluten free.
Reservations
The banquet room may be reserved on a first come basis with a deposit of $600 at the time of confirmation. Tentative reservations may be made without a deposit and will hold the room for one week, at which time a deposit would need to be made. Deposits may be applied to the check total for your event, or can be refunded by check if your party is “no host”.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, deposits are refundable as follows: 100% refund if cancellation occurs at least two weeks prior to your event. 50% refund if canceled at least one week prior to event. No refund if canceled with less than a week’s notice.
Room Charge
$600 – waived for groups ordering banquet food.
Minimum Banquet Room Food & Beverage Charge: $600.
Confirmation on Number of Guests: 24 hours prior to event (10% leeway allowed).
Payment
We accept cash, credit cards, or a company check (with approval) as forms of payment for banquet parties. Separate checks available on request, please give us advance notice. A suggested 20% gratuity is customary for parties of 10 or more and, for convenience, will be added to the check total. The payment and amount of gratuity is always discretionary.
